  • In 2013, Bloodsworth became an activist for Witness to Innocence.
    • Led to the governor repealing the death penalty.
  • Justice for All Act
  • Grant program bearing his last name which funded post-conviction DNA testing for other offenders trying to prove their innocence.
  • Apology issued by the prosecutor once the real killer was found.
